About Therapy
I work on a sliding scale. The regular fee is $120 per 50 minute session. I offer lower rates for individuals who cannot afford the full fee. Contact me to discuss this.
I live between Salmon Arm and France. Therefore I only offer online sessions. Meeting online makes it easy for you to join from anywhere from your phone, tablet, or computer. Just make sure you have a quiet, private place to sit where you feel comfortable and free to talk.
I offer a free 15 minute introductory call. This is an opportunity to ask questions and determine if you'd like to try therapy with me.
Currently it is not possible to apply your health insurance to sessions with me.
Having completed my training in the UK, I am accredited by the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). The UKCP requires the highest standard of training and regulation for psychotherapists in the UK.
At the moment, psychotherapy is not a regulated profession in BC. However, the government of British Columbia has recently decided that as of November 29, 2027, psychotherapy will be a regulated by the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC). Until that point, I will continue to work with my UK accreditation.
